| Description | Established in 1904, located in the world-famous Barossa Valley wine region, less than 60 mins from the Adelaide CBD. This picturesque course provides a complete golfing experience, with superbly manicured greens, lush fairways and several holes featuring well positioned water hazards and bunkers. Its sandy base ensures genuine year-round playability. Sandy Creek was the 2024 Club of the Year at the SA Golf Industry Awards. It was recently ranked by Golf Australia Magazine the 9th Best Public Access Course in SA, and in 2021 as the 10th best course in SA. Gently undulating with extensive views over the Barossa Valley from many parts of the course. Flowering gums and other native trees and shrubs, large variety of birds and many kangaroos relaxing on and off the fairways. Neat dress code. Bookings essential. |
